Dr. Boock previously served as the Senior Technical Director of Research and Development at Dexcom where he was responsible for managing the research and development of Dexcom’s CGM membranes and biotechnologies. He was part of the group that developed materials for Dexcom’s SEVEN PLUS. He was a co-inventor of G4 PLATINUM sensor and was a key player in its development and commercialization.

He has over 20 years of medical device industrial experience and is an expert in materials and device/tissue interface and has invented and launched successful commercial products in numerous fields.

Dr. Boock received his Doctorate in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds more than 44 patents and over 100 pending patents as well as having more than 25 peer reviewed journal articles.

Ray previously held the role of Senior Finance Director at Medtronic. In that role he had responsibility for the leadership of the finance functions of a number of Medtronic’s operations sites across multiple businesses and geographies.

Ray has over 30 year’s medical device industrial experience. Apart from his finance operations experience, he also has expertise in strategy formulation and implementation, business opportunity appraisal, acquisition integration, systems implementation, project management and taxation.

Ray is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and received his Master’s in Business Administration from the Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Todd Douglas Hall is the Managing Partner of Teeple Hall, LLP, a San Diego based law firm. He oversees the firm’s transactional and tax practice and focuses on international law and estate planning matters. He has worked extensively on matters including: cross border estate planning for high net worth individuals, families and advisors thereto; international income and estate tax matters; private placement life insurance and annuity planning for both individuals and as counsel to foreign insurance carriers; IRS offshore voluntary disclosure programs; international transactions including the relocation of U.S. companies abroad; intellectual property matters, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Mr. Hall has worked at Teeple Hall, LLP since 1999 where he started as an Associate Attorney and was elevated to the position of Partner in 2002. He is a frequent speaker at international professional conferences.

Mr. Hall received his B.A. in Economics in 1992 from Southern Methodist University and his J.D. in 1996 from California Western School of Law. He is admitted to the practice law in the State of California.
